I wrote that a long time ago for the US Army and afaik it was used mostly
at Childrens Hospital, Boston and Edgewood Arsenal, MD.

It was developed for  EEG (Electroencephalogram) analysis.  At the time, 
workers at Rocky Mountain Arsenal were complaining about the long term
effects of getting whiffs of nerve gas from leaking WWII canisters of
Sarin. So I ended up as the prime contractor for a 10 year study of 
thousands of people.
