I was plotting on greenbar which is 14" wide. Count of 4000 is width of
paper for current scaling in code. My plotter is .005" per step.

my .1 files are the plot data.
normal data is how far to move pen from current location
x,y
if ,y is not present y increment 0.
Can also be just ,y were x increment is 0.
