M Serial TTL Logic Boards

The M series FLIP-CHIP boards were used in the PDP-8/I introduced in 1968 and peripherals. They were also sold as building blocks for custom hardware. These board replaced the function of the R series boards using modern TTL IC's instead of the discrete transistor logic. The later board in this series were special purpose boards for the computers and peripherals and not sold as building blocks. The M series board were first listed in the 1968 logic handbook.
