PDP-8 (Straight 8) Power Supply Reforming Capacitors
These are the 4 bad capacitors on the reforming setup. The supply is set to the 25V working voltage and 20mA current limit. The capacitor being monitored has 11.26V on it. With the 4k resistor in series the leakage on that capacitor is 3.4 mA. If you have lots of wires like this you need to be careful to make sure you don't swap one and apply the wrong polarity to the capacitor.
