This shows the ripple on the 15V supply with the memory supply wired to the wrong transformer tap and correct tap. The incorrect wiring of the memory supply caused excessive ripple on the other power supply outputs. With the proper wiring the ripple on the full wave rectified output is twice the AC line frequency as expected. The ripple at the AC line frequency indicated that something wasn't right with the supply.
