Here I have pulled the power supply so I could oil the fan motor. It was starting to make more noise that I thought it should. It didn't have oil holes so I took it apart. In the left front are the bearing holders. Between them is the oil felt which I put oil in until it was oily but didn't ooze out when slightly compressed. If you put in too much oil it will slowly leak out and get all over the insides of the plotter. Below the bearing holders is the rotor from the motor. The motor is above the fan blades between the capacitors.
