This is the left side of the ASR 33 Teletype call control unit (power supply). The left portion powers the most of the teletype and the card on the right powers the paper tape reader. The heat from the resistors on the other side of the card in the middle has browned the printed circuit card which is normal. The earlier teletype I have has the board mounted in the other direction where the resistors melted and blackend the cover over the capacitor seen in front of the card.
