To fix the rollers I bought a couple sizes of tubing to try. What I used is McMaster-Carr 51135K52 High-Temperature Silicone Rubber Tubing Semisoft, 5/8" ID, 7/8" OD, Semi-Clear White for the small rollers and 5236K94 High-Temperature Silicone Rubber Tubing Soft, 3/4" ID, 1-1/4" OD, Semi-Clear White covered by 5236K97 High-Temperature Silicone Rubber Tubing Soft, 1-1/4" ID, 1-1/2" OD, Semi-Clear White.
I first cut it with whatever was handy which left uneven edges. If any hung over the edge of the metal roller it was slid on it would creep off that side of the metal roller during use. The tubing wall diameter isn't exactly uniform so they end up not quite round. The big roller looks like I sanded the outside. I don't remmber if that was to make it rounder, the diameter I wanted, or to get better grip on the card. I think I put the roller on a metal shaft chucked in a drill and held it up against a sanding block but not positive.
