PDP-8 (Straight 8) Functional Restoration Bad Diode Curves

Current size small. Select new size for picture Small ( 11K) Medium ( 21K) Large ( 41K)

This shows the curves of the bad diodes from the R220 compared to a good diode. D18 caused the R220 TTO enable output to not function correctly (see next picture). D43 I replaced when measurement with my DVM showed .4V forward drop vs .6 of the other diodes. D18 is leaky at higher reverse voltages. D43 is much worse.
