This shows the computer at the initial power on. The wires running around are to meters monitoring the supplies to verify the voltages powering the rest of the logic were proper . This was to verify that the computer wasn't drawing excessive current loading down the supplies. The supply had been separately tested. The supply's outputs stayed within limits though -15 is close to limit. You can see the run light is on when it shouldn't be. Without the power fail option the machine should not start running on power on. With the single step switch on the right set it should have halted anyway. The program counter value may have been from doing a load address. The multiplier quotient is not cleared on power on so it displays a random value.
